Two decades ago, Dr. Alfredo Quinones-Hinojosa used his hands to pick vegetables for $22 a day; now he's one of the world's best brain surgeons. TODAY's Bob Dotson reports on how a laborer went from a California field to a lab at Johns Hopkins Medical Center.

- Stop foreign aid of any kind. Quit borrowing foreign money. Bring home the men and women in uniform who are serving in areas where we are not welcome by the very governments were protecting. One more thing......vote everyone in Washington out in 2010. Not very complicated.

- This is why the 2nd amendment and the right to concealed carry are so damn important. We need the nuts and criminals to know wel'll nuetralize them and the threat at a moments notice. Those officers might still be alive if the other customers and waitresses were legally armed, willing and able.
